What is the discovery call and how does it work?

The discovery call is a non-medical in person or video conversation designed to help you and Dr. Luthar explore whether the relationship is a good match. It typically lasts about 30-45 minutes and is complimentary.

This call is not a clinical appointment. Instead, it is a conversation about what you are seeking, what the practice offers, and whether your values and goals align with Dr. Luthar’s model of care.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions about services, structure, pricing, scheduling, and scope of support. Dr. Luthar will ask a few questions about what you are looking for in a physician, why you are considering integrative care, and what your top concerns or priorities are.

This step ensures that patients who join the practice are well-suited to its approach, pace, and depth. It also allows Dr. Luthar to serve patients with intention and full presence.

After the call, if both parties feel aligned, you will be guided through the next steps to complete onboarding, schedule your first visit, and begin your journey toward personalized, long-term care.
