Does Dr. Luthar provide primary care or just consultations?
Dr. Luthar provides comprehensive, relationship-based primary care through his private concierge practice. He does not offer one-time consultations or short-term visits. His care model is designed for patients seeking long-term engagement, personalized diagnostics, and integrative support across all aspects of their health.
Patients who join his practice receive complete care that includes diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, preventive planning, and mind-body approaches. All of this is delivered through a continuous doctor-patient relationship focused on deep listening and personalized support.
Separately, Dr. Luthar also sees a small number of patients one day per week at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In that setting, he serves as an integrative medicine consultant rather than a primary care physician. Those visits are brief, typically once or twice a year, and are limited by insurance billing requirements. This is entirely separate from his private practice and not a replacement for full-spectrum primary care.
